Information on hiring our venue.
Our hall is available to hire most Saturdays and some Sundays and Fridays, dependent upon the function and availability.
The hall hire costs £100 for members and £150 for non members, we recommend you join as it is still cheaper even with the membership fee.
We cater for all types of functions from wedding receptions, birthday parties and christenings.
We only allow 21 and over for birthday parties and are unable to cater for 18ths.
A refundable breakages and hall hire deposit of £100 is required to secure your date, followed by the balance at least 6 weeks before your event, otherwise you will lose your deposit and we will re-hire the hall out to someone else.
You will need to come into the club during the day Mondays to Fridays between 12 noon and 4.30pm except Tuesdays to fill in and sign the hall hire form, for other times by agreement please call the club on the telephone number below.
Access to the hall is available on the day from 12 noon for you to decorate if needed, on Saturdays we do let the members play pool until 5pm after which we move the pool table to one side normally to accommodate the food buffet.
The cost includes 2 extra bar staff and a bar time of 12 midnight for last orders.
We can supply you with cards for our regular DJ’s who play at the club. We have a music license until 12 midnight.
We can also supply numbers for buffet suppliers or you can bring your own. We are very easy going and the only thing not allowed is bringing in drinks or any kind to the bar.
Children are also welcome as long as they are kept under control by the parents at all times.
The front bar is for members only on party nights, the function hall is air conditioned and separate, the only parts of the club that are shared with our members will be the toilets and smoking area.
